Pick you up at the hotel and then we enjoy a leisure bike ride through vibrant streets of the city to a local house which located deep in an alley. With friendly hosts and quiet atmosphere, the house is a great place to chill and relax. On arrival, we enjoy a welcome drink, then take a stroll to a local market not far from the house. At the market, you will see lots of fresh food, fruit, fish vegetable… and with the help of your guide, you will buy the ingredients for the cooking class. This visit would be a great chance to admire Vietnamese daily life because market is the place not only for purchasing and selling but also for gathering and socializing. Afterwards, we walk back and start the cooking lesson today with the instruction of the hosts who are very professional in Vietnamese cuisine. After funny time cooking together, enjoy your achievement as well as the food that our hosts prepare for you. Enjoy relaxing time chatting with the host or enjoy some local green tea, taking photos and then cycle back to your hotel. End of services! Note: You can start at 8:30 in the morning or 14:30 in the afternoon (morning is highly recommended thanks to the beauty of the local market). |
