07:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel and start your journey to Go Cong Dong, Tien Giang Province (60km-approx. 02hours). As you leave the bustling city, the landscape transforms into lush countryside, where green rice fields stretch to the horizon, dotted with farmers in traditional conical hats tending their crops.
Along the way, you will pass rustic villages with charming traditional houses, vibrant roadside markets filled with fresh tropical fruits and small stalls selling local delicacies. The aroma of fresh breakfast foods and Vietnamese coffee fills the air, creating an authentic atmosphere of the Mekong Delta.
Pass through peaceful canals and winding waterways, where local boats glide gently, sand barges slowly move, small fishing boats slowly drift on the Vam Co River. Keep an eye out for water buffalo grazing in the fields and children cycling along quiet village roads to school, waving as you pass.
