DAY 1: ARRIVE HANOI

Arriving Hanoi Airport, welcome you to Hanoi! We will transfer you to your hotel for check in. The room is at your disposal from 14.00. In the afternoon, we will have a walking tour around Hanoi. You will be surprised with a variety of architectural works in our capital and its well-known 36 streets of the Old Quarter. The name Hoan Kiem Lake with the nearby Ngoc son Temple is also interesting place to visit. Meals on your own. Overnight at your hotel. |
DAY 2: HANOI SIGHTSEEING (B)

In the morning of the second day, we will give you time to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the respected One-Pillar Pagoda. Leaving here, we will transfer to thousand-year-old Temple of Literature, the famous first university in Vietnam. You will recognize that this is a popular place for Vietnamese students to take commemorative photographs when graduating. Charge yourself with a lunch and a short rest before we start our afternoon for a visit to the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday). Here, you can deeply explore the diversity of Vietnam’s many ethnic groups before enjoying a traditional water puppet show performed after the sunset. Our day 2 of route will finish here. Meals on your own and take a sound sleep for the following day! (Remark: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum closes from 08 September to 08 November for annual maintenance.) |
DAY 3: HANOI – DUONG LAM VILLAGE (B,L)

We will greet the new day with a departure to Duong Lam located 60km in Northern the Red River Delta from Hanoi. The ancient village Duong Lam is the pregnant place of many preserved old houses. Once you come here, Mong Phu communal house dated back to 17th century is an indispensable subject to explore. If you would like to learn more about the life here, meet the people in their ancient house and talk. Saying goodbye to the friendly people here, we will take a bicycle trip through the village and surrounding the peaceful countryside to visit Mia Pagoda and the Temple of the Kings Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung. You will be served with a lunch in old house before returning to your hotel in Hanoi and prepare for the next day of tour! |
DAY 4: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
