DAY 1: HANOI – MAI CHAU – PU LUONG (AROUND 170KM & 3HOURS WALK) |

In the morning, our driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel at 8.00 am and then drive to Mai Chau on a beautiful route. Upon arriving at the famous Pom Coong Village in Mai Chau, tourists should take a stroll around the ethnic Thai villages before enjoying lunch at a local home. Depart at 02:00.pm to Pu Luong Nature Reserve where travellers will take a 2 or 3-hour walking through the hill side village, immense rice fields and the big crafted bamboo water wheels of local people. This is also a good chance for you to have an exhaustive look of the daily life of Thai people. Stop at a traditional Thai stilt house in Hang Village and enjoy a nice local dinner and spend an overnight there.

DAY 2: PU LUONG TREKKING & HIKING |

Getting up early in the morning will give tourists an interesting experience in PuLuong, which helps you enjoy fresh air or even take part in the morning activities here.Visitors also can stroll around Hang Village to see how the morning here occurs before having excellent breakfast prepared by Thai people. Start trekking adventure at 08:00.am with the first part being hiking route. The first hiking is very hard with climbing steep and crossing the stream. But after that, the reward is awesome with beautiful views of valley, rice terraces, rain forest and the streams. Stop at a nice spot in Eo Ken Village for picnic lunch and a short break before continuing to KhoMuong, of which setting seems to be the most beautiful in Vietnam. Take time visiting around, immerse in the daily life of people here or relax in one of the 3 eco-homestays set up by FFI in conjunction with local villages. Just relax and enjoy a very nice nature surrounding. Arriving in KhoMuong Village, our stopover is another typical Thai eco-house where we stay overnight.

DAY 3: PU LUONG – THANH HOA, DRIVE BACK TO HANOI |

The last day of the adventure starts with an easy day trek through beautiful valley and primitive villages. Take time relaxing to avoid the heat of the day before going on to a village located among the scenic karsts and terraces. After 3-4 hours trekking, tourists arrive at a small town for lunch at a local food stall. It’s time to say goodbye to the dreaming landscape here! Our driver picks tourists up and transfers back to Hanoi. End of the tour!
