DAY 1: HANOI - BAC SON ( L, D) |

Depart from Hanoi at around 8:30 am for a scenic nearly 4 hour drive through the Red River Delta and the hilly area of Thai Nguyen. Along the way, you will be rewarded a stunning scenery of rice fields, rolling mountains and stilt-house villages. Along the way, you could make some stops for taking photos. After arriving at Quynh Son by noon, there will be an authentic Vietnamese lunch at a local stilt house. Take your time to enjoy delicious local food and chat with the friendly host. In the afternoon, take a short stroll around the village to get a closer look at the lifestyle of Tay people. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the famous Na Lay mountain of the region. From its foot, climb to the top where the cell phone tower is placed. After a hard way, you will be rewarded with spectacular panorama of the valley. Do not forget to take as many photos as you want to save this amazing moment. Then, climb back to the foot of the mountain and return to the homestay. Take your time to freshen up before enjoying a local dinner prepared by the host family. After dinner, you could have a friendly talk with our friendly host. Overnight at the homestay.

DAY 2: BAC SON - HANOI (B, L) |

In the morning, there will be a traditional breakfast. Afterwards, start your adventure into another village with a 3 hour biking on a small village road which will give you the opportunity to take in a tranquil atmosphere of the region among a romantic setting of mountains, forests, traditional stilt houses and local life. Stop to Nong Luc Temple which was built in a traditional style of Vietnamese communal house. It was the meeting place to launch the Bac Son revolutionary campaign at September 27th, 1940. Take time to relax and enjoy the lunch. After lunch, it’s time to say goodbye to the host and drive back to Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi at around 4:30 or 5:00 pm. End of service.
